| |  "Depression after 1 yr on Zanax"

It is my first time here!
I was prescribed Zanx for my migraines which the Dr thought were maybe sleep deprivation caused, after one yr of taking a fairly low dose just at bed time and no follow up visitis to him in this time, he just refilled the prescription every 3 months no questions asked, I became so depressed and had a breakdown with suicidal tendancies, I stopped taking them and started taking Lorazepam which have tried to taper down to a low dose until I get to see a doctor who can help me get off all meds. Has anyone else had similar problem and can anyone reccommentd anything else I can take to i help sleep and 2 stop reoccurring panic attacks/depression?
