Do you level off? I took the standardized sjw,total-900mgs.,and for me about 30 minutes after I took them I was getting sleepy and I passed out on the sofa for two hours,went to bed and it was like I was in another world,could not figure out why my husband was in bed my mind thought he was in Branson,that was a week ago,it was like I had to pinch myself to come to. The next morning,extremely droggy,went to buy a Sunday paper and a slimfast and tried to pay the girl with two quarters what a ditz,but after I finally woke up I felt good,but I was leary about taking the dose again like that I space them out 1 3x day,I'm a little ditzy but o.k.,could someone tell me if they have experienced anything like this or like I said do you get use to it? By the way I had been taking ze117 sjw from gnc for a year then bought concentrated the other day when someone told me I was not getting the adequate dose so I have standardized now.

Never experienced anything like that. I began taking three a day and certainly felt 'odd' the next day - tired and a bit spaced out. After then taking one a night and slowly moving up over several weeks, taking three a night no longer makes me feel odd the next day.

I'm going to try to take 1 during the day and 2 at night since I've been on it awhile and see if I'm gonna be so out of it, these days it seems like I have to really think hard about what I'm gonna say I get my words all mixed up,but I love the sjw because to me and others I am more mellow and not worrying all the time. Thanks for answering my email.
