Hello, I am an alcoholic.
I have been using injections of B complex, to recover from the hangovers, in my case alcoholism is caused by depression, but after make a lot of investigation I am still worried about the overdosage on B vitamins or adverse reactions, what I know it is very difficult to happen since they are water soluble.
It is a set of five injections that I apply one every third day to recover the vitamins destroyed by alcohol in the nervous system .
Previously I use to take B complex in tablets, but the first time I used injections it was amazing for me the benefits I got.
I began to feel more energy, sleep without any pills in years , and irritability went away ¡! in my case, of course there was a deficiency of B complex that was not able to correct with tablets, I know that the absorption in intestine is difficult, it is better the intramuscular way.
The injections I have used have :
B1 tiamine 10,000 mcg
B6 pyridoxine 100 mg
B12 Hydroxocobalamine 50,000 mcg
I would like to read any comment about this from you, because it is difficult to deal with two problems, depression and alcohol.
If you want to know more about my alcoholism/depression feel free to ask, somebody else with this problem will read this and get some benefit.
