Hey everyone,
I had been on SJW for 6 weeks...I took 3, 300mg a day, and a multivitamin in the AM. I stopped taking 3 a day 2 days ago. I looked overall at my calendar and how I was each of the days, and I decided that it wasn't perfect at fixing my anxiety...I don't think the effects were too evident...I still was anxious, I overanalyzed things here and there, and wasn't truly happy.
So I wanted to stop and see what happened....Now afterward, I am experiencing less anxiety with relation to the SJW. Once I popped the SJW's - My mind went into quiet mode and I didn't know what to say or do or anything...I felt "weird."
When I stopped taking SJW, I felt a lot more normal. However, over the past few days I had a couple anxiety attacks - one during an italian oral exam and the other during the test the next day...I felt it harder to study and concentrate. But besides these two times, I think that I am feeling better?
So now I feel less under the influence of St. John's Wort, but I am experiencing a a little anxiety here and there...
What should I do? Go back on the SJW and wait it out- or try going off of it for a few days and see if I feel more normal? I'm confused and this is hard when there is no doctor prescribing the correct dosages and recommendations....
THANKS...
ROCAFELLA

I stopped for a week, and I still felt pretty good until after it all emptied out of my system - then anxiety came back and its taken me 3 weeks to get rid of it with restarting.
You should stop and try a new brand if one isn't working. Kira is working 10X better for me than Sundown was, now that its kicked in.
Anxiety level before SJW: 80% Anxiety level on Sundown: 30% Anxiety level after stopping: 45% Anxiety level on Kira: 10% - normal anxiety about normal things.
Obsessive Compul wha? I don't know that that is anymore ;).
