I was wondering about taking St. John's Wort and taking Tylenol, or Advil? Just came down with the dreaded flu bug and have a giant headache. I thought I remembered reading something about not taking acetaminophen which Tylenol has, with St. John's Wort. I have been taking St. John's Wort for almost two weeks now.

I'll add another question to the main question. What about Nyquill? I'm dying here and don't know if I should take some or not.
As to the Tylenol question, I have been taking it sparingly and have suffered no ill effects, none that I've noticed anyway.
It has helped with most of the flu/cold symptoms and other than being sick I have been in pretty good spirits (thanks to the SJW I'ld say.)
Anyone else have any answers?
