hey kelly,
i have just started taking SJW and am wondering the best time to take it....i have a hard time remembering three times a day! do you take all 3 doses at bedtime....???

Kelly is currently away in India and is expected back late this year.
In answer to your question, Kelly takes all 3 caps together, 1 hour before bedtime.
The usual pattern is to take them with meals. If you have 3 meals a day, that should make it easy to remember :P

I agree with Epyx - one, three times a day is the way to go!....it seems to keep my mood level throughout the day, and also I found that taking them all together (especially at night) upset my stomach and made me feel slightly sick - taking them with meals and lots of water seems to circumvent this.
