"SIDE AFFECTS?" , Tue 26 Feb 08:29

Hello everyone, I have a quick question. I am tingling all over and my heart is beating very fast. If I didn't know better I would think I am having a panic attack. Only been taking it a couple days. Has this happened to anyone else, and is it normal?
Just want to make sure I am not having an some weird reaction?
I would really like this to work.any advise?
Thanks, VLZ

Hi VLZ:

The rapid heart is very common after someone has just started to take SJW - don't worry because this side effect will disappear after a week or so. As for the tingling, I have never experienced this but I know that others on the forum have - many people also feel slightly 'hyper' (for want of a better word) for the first few days after they begin taking it aswell.

It's nothing to worry about - just your system getting used to something new going into it, and the (positive) effects that it will have on you....also don't be alarmed if you experience a few days when you feel that SJW is having absolutely no effect whatsoever > this is also common in the initial stages (it generally takes about 4 or 5 weeks for the full effect to kick in).

Good luck, hope you feel better soon

David
