I am new to the board and am in need of some help. I suffer from being anxious and taking things to the extreme in some cases. Kind of like being excessive compulsive. My doctor has prescribed Alprazolam to me. I am very reluctant to take this cause I don't want to be come hooked or spaced out. What would be a good natural alternative? Kava or SJW? Many thanks in advance.

Hi, I also suffer from anxiety and compulsive behaviour/thoughts. I started taking SJW about 5-6 weeks ago and it has helped a lot with the anxiety, and a little bit with the compulsive behaviour. I would give SWJ a try and see what happens
