I noticed how you said taking it three times a day is better but I'm not sure that will work for me! Im not a big eater and I'm afraid that it will make me sick to my stomach.
I just started taking this yesterday and I took the
"once-a-day" 2 pill dosage at night.
Whatcha think?!?!?

Well, I would tell you that more than one at a time will have a greater chance of making you sick to your stomach. That is why allot of people spread it out instead of taking them all at one time. I am kind of with David when he says that it helps keep your mood steady throughout the day when spreading out the doses. Really up to the individual though. Kind of have to try it and see what works best for you.

I totally agree with Mike - he's already told you pretty much what I think (him and I seem to share many ideas!)....just wanted to add that (according to my logic anyway) if you are not a big eater and are worried about feeling sick, taking two pills together on an empty stomach before you hop into bed and your digestive system all but goes to sleep will make you feel far more sick than a spread out dose!!
