I am going to start taking sjw 3 times a day instead of once at night, how often should I take each one? Every 4 hours or something like that? Just wondering.

Just space them apart as you feel necessary. The idea of multiple tablets with any pharmaceutical is to try to keep your blood serum concentrations even, but since SJW builds up over weeks anyway, it doesn't really seem to matter when you take them.
I take them after meals, but even that isn't important. Some take their whole dosage at night, esp. if SJW tends to make them drowsy.

I changed my brand because I felt the first one wasn't helping any. My new brand FLORA suggests taking 5. It took me a couple of weeks to figure out how to take them. Now I take 2 at bed 2 when I get up and 1 about 8 hours later. This combo seems to be working for me. Until I figured out in what sequence to take them I was suffering major anxiety because I kept wanting to sleep at work. Not a good thing!
Basically you have to experiment and find a combo for yourself. As everyone reacts differently what we do can only be a guideline for you.
