I just got some SJW after checking out this site and thinking about it. I have been depressed for the last few years now, and recently I have been getting tired of it. I got som GNC standardized 300mg tablets and am going to start tonight. After reading other posts I think it should help eventually. And when should I take them, take them all at once at night or throughout the day, it would be kina har to do it throught the day because of school, but I would like to hear your opinion.

Hi there:
I hope this decision will herald as better a life for you as it did for me!
I would recommend your latter notion of taking one tablet three times a day - it keeps your mood more even throughout the day, also I've found that taking all of them together (especially at night) makes me feel sick and upsets my stomach....as for the 'logistical problem' of taking them at school - I took them at university for a year with no problems, just carry a small box in your bag (don't show them to anyone or you may be arrested!!!!).
Stick with it for at least 4 weeks to see if it works for you - avoid alcohol (it will make you more depressed and you may have killer hangovers [I definately did!]), also don't worry if you experience some 'side-effects' such as tiredness, vivid dreams or a rapid heart....these disappear after a couple of weeks in most cases.
