Thanks for relying to me,the progestarone realy helped me and still does, yes it is the one that you rub in to your fatty parts. When did you go on seroxat?. I also find that my blood sugar level has a big part in this process, if i am near my lunch time and dont eat then i feel down.Seroxat does work, for me though i had a few side affects, since i have been of it i have really noticed how much that i did have. You will get through it ,that is what people tell me, we have to believe it.
I do not know about the noise in your ears, my dad gets something called tinatin? which is noices in your ears, maybe?. It is amazing how you feel going on these meds.
speak son, we can help each other.

I was really reassured by your response. Thanks. I went on seroxat a year ago. Yesterday got extremely bad in the morning. I had never had panic attacks but yesterday, having come off the tablets completely, (after a short spell of weaning)it felt like my head was imploding and I was getting really 'panicy' and palpitations etc. Crying a lot which I do little of usually too. Anyway I couldn't handle it and quartered a 20 miligram tablet. I've decided to take this quarter doze(effectively 5mgs) daily for a spell til things level out a bit. I'll just have to expect it to take a little longer than I'd hoped . Does this sound familiar to you or did you find it okay to come off? How long were you on it?I feel good today.Back on an even keal. I hate the feeling of dependancy but perhaps I'm stigmatising and being my own worst enemy.I get on my case a lot about naval gazing etc. and get very impatient with myself but I think thats possibly rather self destructive too. Anyway it's quite good to feel that someone out there understands. I hope this offloading hasn't bugged you too much. I hope I can help you too. cheers cathy.
