I started taking the pills like 3 weeks ago. I bought just a bottle of 100 at wal mart for like $4.00. After a few days I could see a differance after 2 weeks I 100% could see. It is not that I am depressed but I do have mood swings. I am always a happy person but at night usually I would get so mad for nothing & go off I saw I was doing that & hated it. Since the pills I am always happy & in a good mood. Thank God they work. I take 2 pills when I wake up & 2 in the evening. I saw no side effects but the pasy week I have not been able to sleep Like i am up all night wide awake (when I took my pills late) I am not sure though. EVen my boyfriend said he saw a differance in me I will never stop taking these pills I swear by them now :)
