Tried my 1st SJW today, only took (1) 200mg does just to see if I could get past the initial panic attack that usually scares me away from these things like it did when I tried Zoloft. I had a slight attack not long after taking it, but I just kept reading all the positive things about it and eventually I relaxed and realized it won't kill me. So it should be easier for me to keep taking this now. Thank god I didn't get scared away from it. Gonna slowly up the doses as well. I hope this works. BTW, I'm taking Jamieson brand SJW and I suffer from moderate depression and anxiety/panic disorder.

"3 Day Update" , Tue 14 Feb 07:11:

This SJW is giving me kind of a weird feeling, not a bad one, just a weird one, a feeling of being spaced out with no concentration. I might reduce my does down to 200mg a day until I lose these effects. Otherwise, this looks promising, aside from stomach upset, isomnia and feelin weird. :) BTW, does the heavy head feeling go away? ty

kinggrand,

I know what you mean about the heavy head thing. I have been "doing the Wort" for about 4 days now and I still have it. So far I haven't been spacing to much but I do notice it now and again myself. Hang in there!

I'm pretty sure now the things I have been feeling have been a withdrawl from Clonazapam/Klonopin. I have been taking 0.25mg a day for 7 yrs and I just stopped taking them. I didn't think I would have a withdrawl from such a low does but I'm back on them and all seems fine, kinda sucks, don't know what to do now. I wanted to stop taking them and just take the Wort.
