HI EVERYONE
im new to THIS SO PLEASE BEAR WITH ME
i HAVE SUFFERED VARYING DEGREES OF DEPRESSION MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE ,IVE TRIED MANY DIFFERENT ANTIDEPRESSANTS USUALLY WITH DISASTAROUS RESULTS.I FIND THAT WHEN IM ON THEM I BECOME EMOTIONLESS AND PRETTY MUCH DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ,WHICH IS SO UNLIKE ME.THIS HAS LED TO ME DOING THINGS I NEVER NORMALLY WOULD AND I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE GUILT AND CONSEQUENCES.(LUCKILY THE ONLY PERSON I HURT WAS MYSELF) ALTHOUGH I AM WELL AWARE OF THE STRESS THIS MUST HAVE PUT MY FAMILY THROUGH
I NOW DONT TAKE ANYTHING BUT FIND THE DEPRESSION OVERWHELMING AND DEBILITATING.I HAVE CONSIDERED TAKING SJW BUT AM AFRAID OF LOSING "MYSELF" AGAIN AND ENDING UP EVEN MORE MESSED UP
I WOULD SO APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE
