Well it has been 2 months for me and I am doing much better with my emotions that were all over the place. I was irritable, moody, bitchy, cying a lot, and basically just a misable person, who even I didn't want to be around. I feel much better, more in control, calmer, not quick to bite someones head off, not crying near as much and I even find myself laughing and being quite content about life. I am sleeping better and not having anxiety attacks like before. I tried a few persciption anti-depressants but I got really sick with them, they were not for me so I decided to go the natural way and I am glad I took that step and recommend SJW to everyone out there that can't take the prescibed stuff.
