I've been taking SJW for 8 months, but felt that the time was right to try and come off it. Over the last 3 weeks I have gradually reduced the dosage, and I haven't taken any for the last week. I have felt slightly anxious on a couple of days, but generally I feel ok at the moment! I'm going to try and stay SJW free, but I know I can go back to it if I need to as it has been a great help!

I've now been off SJW for 3 weeks and I'm feeling pretty good right now. I'm now coming in to the time of year when I really started to feel down in the last two years, so I'm hoping that this good feeling continues. At least I know that I can go back to SJW if the blues catch up with me again!!!!!!
