Ive been on SJW for 4 months, 1200mg per day, is it ok too come off straight away or do i have wean off slowly?

I'd advise cutting back gradually. Some people might be able to quit all at once with no problem, others might find that too sudden a change. You might try one less pill, when you feel OK with that cut back another etc.
