I thought that I was going to have to seek out prescription medication for my depression. I should have done it long ago, but being a mom gave me little time to worry about myself. However, not to long ago I started to have a lot of anxiety. I worried about so many irrational things I thought I would go crazy! I had bought some sjw some time ago to deal with some pms symptoms I was having and I just decided to give it a try full time. My irrational worrying stopped within a day. I couldn't believe it! I have been taking it only a few weeks now, but can tell a huge difference already. Lookin forward to the long term when I can shake the blues I've been having.
