I recommended German Pharmacy grade SJW to a friend who is mild-moderately depressed rather than going on an SSRI. Within a week of only taking 300mg before bed, he's feeling happy, sleeping well and not so obsessional. His cravings for rubbish food and alcohol have diminished as well. He has no side effects, this could be due to placebo, the very mild dose or the fact that SJW has an alleged similar profile to an SSRI (Prozac,Paxil,Celexa) combined with Bupropion (Wellbutrin/Zyban), balancing all neurochemicals.
