Hi to all.
After suffering from depression for the last ten years of my life i finally realised i had to do something about it. After trawling the net for info on depression i came upon this site and discovered sjw. I had nothing to loose and a lot to gain so on 1st march 05 i tried it.
16 weeks later i am so glad i did, it is not a miracle cure but i can finally see some light and i can smile again, there have been ups and downs but at last i can feel positive about my life and feel it is not all doom and gloom.
I will continue to take it and hope the benefits will get better and better, i am at last looking forward to the next phase of my life [i turned 40 in april] and they do say thats when life begins!! with the help of sjw im hoping that is so.
To finish i just want to say thankyou kelly for your wonderful site and to wish luck, health [mental and physical] and happiness to all who read here.. lots of love Janivere xxxx.
