I started using Native Remedies' SJW 3 days ago after several years on Anafranil. The SJW seems to work for most symptoms but not insomnia. Work was most difficult today since the lack of sleep has affected my thinking, concentration, etc.

Any one with similar experience?

Day 5:

After reading on this forum about the exprience of another person who took Valerian with SJW to solve insomia I went out and bought Valerian (Nature's Way) today. Will give it a ago tonight and share my experience.
