well after 1 week of testing myself with just 1/2 a 300mg pill.. i am def not feeling any bad effects from the SJW like i was with the SSRIs.. i know 1/2 a pill isnt anything but if you read my post in the general section you will see why i am being so careful with it.. so i guess starting monday ill move up to a full pill and go from there.. really i am posting this more for anyone that is worried about taking SJW because they had bad effects with SSRIs.. ill try to keep updating my progress in this thread as the weeks go by..
