"My experience so far" , Mon 20 Jun 16:33

I was experiencing some pretty bad depression and anxiety a few months ago, and I just couldn't shake it. I was feeling desperate for some relief, being mean to my husband and too tired to be a great mom for my kid. I would have gone on an antidepressant, but I plain couldn't afford it, I have no insurance. And I've done a few of those antidepressants, not only did they not help a whole lot, they are hideous for me to come off of. My mom one day said "What about St. Johns Wort?" and I was skeptical, even though I knew it is prescribed in Germany, I believe more than Prozac. But I went to the health store, and picked up a couple bottles of Natrol brand. I tried it 3 times a day at first but it made me sleepy, so I now take all 3 pills at night. Ive waited two and a half months to make a statement about it. I must say, I am not depressed anymore. I am not anxious. At all. And I'm not in any better of a position than I was, so it's not environmental. I just feel better. AND to my surprise, I started my period the other day, I say to my surprise because I have some of the worst PMS known to man, I always have, two weeks leading up to the day, and this month, nothing. I had no idea I was even going to start my cycle. I am stunned that this herb would affect my PMS problem. I don't believe it's placebo. It did take quite a while to feel better. I'm not hap hap happy, I doubt I ever will be. But I just feel good. And the people around me have noticed, too. I will take this product for as long as it works, forever if need be. The only side effect I've had is extreme photosensitivity. I burn freakishly fast now. But that's what sunblock is for. And I'll happily give up large amounts of sun exposure to not be insane.
I hope my experience can help at least one person. This stuff is no joke, and I will recommend it without reservation to informed people.

Hi

I know exactly where u r coming from. I am a mother of 18 & 20 year old girls and also have a husband. I have felt like such a nasty person the last few months. Thankyou for your wonderful words. U sound just like I did. So glad to hear you are feeling better. I took it a few years ago and had competely forgotten how quickly it made me feel normal again. I wish I had remembered it a few months ago instead of going through a fog for the last few months

Cheers

Suzy
