Anybody else like me...please share. As I am turning 40 there are more more changes to my cycle and what used to be grouchy PMS has become more of a depression around ovulation time and it can last from 7 to 10 days and then it lifts. I started taking SJW.

YES! I sometimes I had pms mood swings (mostly crying), but when I hit 40 (2 years ago) Holy Cow it is out of control. I am bitchy and weepy and convinced I am wronged by everyone. I used to think pms as a defense for murder was ridiculous but now I totally believe it could be true.
I tried a few different anti-depressants but wasn't happy with them. Mostly I got tired and fat. One made me hallucinate and scared the crap out of me. I just decided to try SJW today. My doctor says it won't do anything, but I'm hoping it will.

I recently heard that Agnus Castus is very good for PMS symptoms and Black Cohosh is good for the menopause. It is a herbal alternative to HRT.
