Topic Title: Taking SJW for two weeks
| | "Taking SJW for two weeks" , Sat 19 Mar 01:37
After taking SJW for two weeks here is what I've noticed. It has definately improved my mood, I now want to do things, problems don't seem as large, before taking SJW I only wanted to lay around the house, watch TV and sleep. About a week ago I drank some beer (12 in one day), I didn't get as "buzzed as I used to, and sobered up quicker, but after I sobered up, I was just as depressed as I was before I started taking SJW, the depression lasted 3 days, I haven't drank since. I was having very vivid dreams, but that seems to have passed. I can't sleep as long now that I am taking SJW, after about 7 hours a night I am wide awake, but not tired, before taking SJW I could sleep 10 hours a night, but now 7 hours a night is enough. I have this nervous engery for a couple of hours after taking SJW,not an anxiety attack or panic attack(I have had those in the past, long before I started taking SJW,and am taking Ativan to control the anxiety) This energy makes me restless , I find that I have been getting a lot of things done, I get as much done now in a day that used to take me a week. I am glad that I found this web site, and started taking SJW, the benifits have been worth it.

I had started SJW 3 weeks and feel exactly the same as you have described except for the drinking part. But I do experience sleeping problem and am thinking of switching my dosage to morning/afternoon instead of spreading throughout the day.

Been taking for 12 days and have had same experience. (Except for the drinking part - haven't had a "big night out" while taking yet.) Does tend to have a caffiene-like effect for me, too. I don't have a problem with that though. So far I've been amazed at the difference... at first thought it was a placebo effect (blaming my over-analytical brain for tricking me!), but with such a noticeable change, I have to believe it's the SJW working for the positive. Just hoping the effectiveness continues on a long-term basis.
