My boyfriend has been taking this for about 9 days. Does SJW make things worse before it makes things better? He had a very difficult period this past weekend. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Judging from other comments this board I think that is quite common. It may not work for everyone, but it's generally advised to try it for about a month before deciding whether or not to continue.
