Topic Title: It seems to work

I have only been taking it three days and I don't feel depressed anymore. I have never been clinically diagnosed as depressed but I have always all my life been melancholy. I imagine I have been depressed for years and I only realize it now for the first time in my life when that figurative not literal criticizing voice inside me is silent. Life seems pretty wonderful today. Is it like this for most people everyday? I must have really been out of it. I had a very good day the last coupla days since I've been taking it. I just feel....like .......why worry....just enjoy the day and whatever it brings. I did not know life was like this. It is not a panacea or cure-all but it helps in my opinion.

May I ask what brand of SJW you are taking? And what is the dosage? Also, when you were feeling sad, did you just want to shut yourself off? thanksQ!

hi!! this is my first posting. i decided to go online and check out what was having such a great effect on me. this is actually my first day taking sjw, but i have noticed such a huge difference already, i feel like living again. not elated or euphoric, but calm, steady. i've been going thru moderate to severe depression for most of my adult life and i've tried many things, including weed, and pharmeceuticals, and of course as anyone knows who's tried that, coming off the high makes the depression that much worse. so after going thru some dramatic changes in my life my depression worsened and a friend of mine gave me a bottle. and today... wow, there is such a huge difference. of course time will tell... but for now. it's great so far.
