I went in for a physical on my 50th bday. I am in very good health so hadn't seen a doctor in 14 years. She felt I had ADD and wanted to put me on some meds for that and depression and hormones for pre-menopause... YIKES I said no thanks I don't do drugs. So she suggested SJW and SAMe. I thought I would give it a try and within 24 hours my depression was gone. That didn't make any sense to me so I thought it must be a fluke. Well, I have been taking them for only two weeks but daily I feel better than the day before. My thought processes are clearer and I am feeling good. I have not noticed any negative effects. It has been as if a huge oppression has lifted off me. I am daily surprised at the feeling of well being I have.
