I want to direct this message to anyone new here that is reading this post and is suffering from depression. Please do not give up. Do not dispair. Please give SJW a try. My experience was life changing. I was very depressed and put on Zoloft. Zoloft made me feel like I had electric shocks going thru my brain and it was like someone else was thinking through me. My wife did a lot of google searches and found Perika from Natures Way. I went off the Zoloft and started Perika. I noticed a change very soon after taking it. Perika pulled me out of the darkness and I began to feel lighter, anxiety shedded itself from me like a snake coming out of his old skin. It has been nearly two years since I started SJW. I went off it last summer for 2 weeks just to "test myself." The first 2 days I was absolutely fine. The 3rd day I noticed a sluggish feeling and by the 4th day I was very negative and down. I tried to convince myself I was ok, but I kept having to take naps to get that "up" feeling back. By the end of the 2 weeks of being off SJW I knew (and my wife knew) I had to get back on it.
