I am going to try SJW and I hope it works for me. At one time I was taking Paxil and Welburtin at the same time. All I did was get fat and lose my sex drive. I finally just got off it and lost weight and did get my sex drive back. But, I still suffer from depression and panic attacks. I have been suffering from depression all my life. I think I inherited it. I know for a fact I will not get on another antidepressant. What are the best brands to try and where can you find them. This is all new to me

Koleman, Thank you for coming to this site and sharing with us. Kelly mentioned the 3 main brands at the opening of this website that are highly recommended. I only have used PERIKA by Natures Way and it is fabulous. I even made it my username. It is only about $7 per bottle and it contains 60 tablets. It is amazing something so inexpensive can dramatically change your life. I highly recommed Perika.

As Kelly said Perika, Amoryn, and Kira. You may want Valerian or Kava Kava for Panic. If it's possible get help with the panic. Most people who are on meds for panic, get so sick of meds sides that like you wont touch synthetic meds again and are forced to learn to cope using CBT themselves without knowing it. Also just ride the panic as even thats better than the crap side effects. But on the depression front sometimes in your life exercise and diet are not enuf and putting up with it is 25% of a life and SJW may help.
