I will say that after only 3 days of only one pill per day,300, (im very sensitive) i feel oddly different. I feel a dulness in my chest that takes place of constant anxiety. That's good, but i also still have spinning head, and my ocd's seem quite active. I expect this is too soon to cover ALL my probs, but since i already have some benifits, is it to be expected that it will calm my thoughts too? thanks, diz

also,,i seem to not get to sleep to easly. I take the sjw in the morning, and am still going strong 11pm. Thats not a good thing to me. I've never had problems sleeping.
