I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after being involved in a tragic car accident when I was younger which resulted in the loss of both of my parents and myself being scared and in physical pain for the rest of my life. I wasn't diagnosed with PTSD until 12 years after the accident. For a while I took Paxil, but didn't like the side affects that went along with it. A little over a year ago I gave birth to twins and have been depressed ever since. I was starting to have panic attacks again, which I had been able to control for years. I recently started taking SJW and it seems to be helping. When I started taking it I took it 3 times a day, but was suffering from fatigue so I started taking it all at once about an hour before bed. This seemed to help. Thanks to SJW I now have a good relationship with my husband again because I am not depressed all the time.

Was your thyroid level checked after your births? Many women have low thyroid function after childbirth which leads to depression.
