Would it be the same benefit to take 1-2 a day of 150mg extract with 0.9 hyerpicin as it would for, like the rest of you all, to take 3 doses of 0.3 hypericin/300mg extract?
My brand is Nature's Resource. 150mg Extract. per pill. Bottle says to to take 2 pills 3 times a day. But I feel very tired... (could be the SSRI withdrawl-cold turkey)

The "0.3" doesn't refer to milligrams, it means PERCENT.
So a 0.3% hypericum extract is equivalent to 900mcg (or 0.9mg) of hypericin.
Take 300mg of extract, 3 x daily, to give the equivalent of 2.7mg of hypericin.

But the bottle clearly reads "0.9MG". Why do they do this? Im really confused now...

Josh McGrath: 3% hyperforin is what you should look for. Perika from Natures Way has this amount plus .3% hypericum. That is the brand I used and swear by. Liked it so much it became my username here on kelly's SJW board.
