After 3 years of taking 3 sjw's a day,I switched to 2 a day, which made me feel even better than 3;currently I'm taking just one a day,due to upcoming surgery this year, and I must say,it's bearable. In the beginning I also felt very nervous;I guess it's not only physical, but really more psychological, cause you kinda get used to it,and the idea of being without is pretty scary. But I think the withdrawal symptoms cannot compare to the ones u get when u quit traditional meds, and if you wean urself off it gradually and keep a positive attitude,it can be done.In my case,I take some valerian when I feel anxious, but only when I feel I really need it.

Please note that you can up your dosage above the 900mg that is recommended if need be. Some people need more than the rec dosage.
