I started using Perika brand SJW about two weeks ago. At first, I felt nothing but jitters and my anxiety seemed worse. But in the past couple days I've noticed a very calm feeling has come over me. Problems don't seem as large, I can focus clearly, and, best of all, my anxiety levels have dropped. I've never felt this good in all my adult life! I also take a couple other supplements along with the Perika. I wish I would have known about this stuff years ago!

Being someone who's been through more than a few anti-depressents I can assure you that SJW does work. Without anything I'll spend half the time crying on my bed, fourty percent of my time trying to do work, and ten percent of the time in a manic euphoria. With SJW I was normal most of the time, no random crying, no euphoria. Sadly I still experienced anxiety and the occasional depressive episode. SJW also gave me apathy similiar to that which I have experience taking Prozac. I don't care often about social situations or work I should be done. Instead I happily sit there playing game on my computer ;-).

Could you please post what other supplements you take, including brands and dosage?
