I have been taking Amoryn for 4 or 5 days now. For the first 3 days I got a bad headache that lasted for a few hours each day. I also felt kind of tired and didn't want to do anything, and a little dizzy when I got up. These side effects only happen to about 15% of people that take Amoryn though. Yesterday and today I did not have a headache, but I am still feeling kind of lazy. I don't know if this is because of the Amoryn or something else. I also suffer from anxiety (social) and depression. So far I haven't noticed any difference in my feelings of anxiety or depression. I ordered a 3 month supply, so I plan on taking the whole thing, and I will probably post if it worked for me or not.Hope this helps.

I tried Amoryn for several days, and didn't like it. Don't know if it's because of the 5-htp but it made me nervous or something. So, I have an almost full bottle and don't know what to do with it. I've been taking Kira for 2 months but am now switching to Perika.

I have been on Amoryn for 10 days now and so far feel much more positive and do not take things as hard as before..I also take it with Magenisium gels..I still can get down a bit but not like I would before..Do not get really deep into my thining of sad thoughts etc...over all feel stronger and better about myself.
I mean I do not feel like I'm Euphoric or on Extacy or anything..but feel a bit more overall stable and comforatble. I used to have this big depressive gulp in my stomach or be a bit obsessive about what I would have to do in the future..Now I just take things as is..I also do excercize 4 times per week.So far so good..
I am going through some hard times with job and marriage and this stuff has kind of saved my life..I have no fatigue or side effects..First week was weird though..kinda nervous and anxious..more than usual..Now I'm chilled and feel smooth..Anxiety is way down..I used to worry about thinsg so much ..now they sit way in the background..I almost wonder if this stuff is Prozac.
