I have had a great experience with St Johns Wort. I have been using it regularly for about 3 years. In the beginning, I was not taking it everyday and didn't take the full recommended dosage, but when I started using it correctly, it really helped me with depression. I have also recommended it to a friend that is having a good experience with it also.
