I have been to the doctor and he wouldn't give me any meds so I decided to try SJW. Before I started taking it I got angry at the kids for stupid things and my insides felt like they were racing and I couldn't handle things, like I was losing it. I was a little put off and I didn't think it would really work but for my kids I was willing to try anything. I have only taken it for a few months but I feel like I can finally think clearly. I don't yell as much anymore and I think before I speak. I love St. Johns Wort. I never want to be that awful person again.
