I have heard from 2 sources now that SJW may not work if you are Type O blood, don't know about positive or negative being a factor. My 15 year old daughter tried it for 1 month and it did not help at all - 2 clerks at health food stores asked me about her blood type and I tried to find out from her pediatrician and the hospital where she was born - still don't know it!
So, unfortunately, she is back on a new RX and we are still waitng for that to 'kick in'. I wanted to give it longer or try another brand but she was very miserable and irritable and needed some relief ASAP.

I'm blood type 0 and I've had some good results from SJW. I've used St. John's Wort for a couple of weeks and really like it. I have had much more energy, interested in getting my house in order, cleaning, just doing things in general without second guessing everything I do and thinking I should be doing it better or why do it I'm going to have to do it again later, blah blah.
Also much more stable emotionally, better able to control anger and keep my peace. In fact, I don't like to miss taking it.
