Hi Gambit, Just thought I would say hi and dont worry. I take 3 x kira sjw morn, lunchtime and evening. Been on them about 4 months, when I first took them first 5 days I do beleive i was more anxious but i just think i was worrying about taking them. It soon went away. No side effects. I am more level in my mood and occasionally I do have times when I do feel anxious esp near that time of the month(blame it on hormones). Perhaps you should just start with sjw before even thinking about adding anying else sjw may be enough for you if not you can add what you personally want to at a later date. That way you will be able to notice positive things. I take 3 sjw, and a good vitemin b complex and fish oil. stopped taking a multi vitemin as was told by a health professional that you wee most of it out but he did recommened b vits for nervous system . However everyone to their own do what suits you personally. Anyway good luck I had all my hopes put on sjw and personally its working even though sometimes I think and feel I need more on certain days but dont want to go down ssri path as have convinced myself not to. x fairy
