| |  "One year of taking SJW"

I wanted to let others know what my experience on taking SJW for a year. I have been depressed for YEARS!I have tried almost all the antidepressants out there. The side effects were awful and one [Prozac] almost killed me. Very, very rarely does a medication cause Pulmonary Fibrosis, but thats what happened to me with Prozac. I have been so depressed that I have been in the hospital for it. I had also tried SJW in the past, but quit early on because I felt it gave me headaches. I came upon this site a little over a year ago. After reading others posts, I decided to try it again, only this time I promised myself that I would take it for at least 3 months and I was going to get a good brand. I am taking Nature's Resource Timed release brand. I like it cause I can just take my dose at one time in the morning. [I know there are other good brands] It has helped me so much. I can not say that I do not have moments that I am blue, but no where near like it use to be. If I feel a bit down, I add a 5htp 50mg dose to my morning. I Want to thank Kelly and others whose postings have helped me. I will not go anywhere without my SJW.
