After four weeks on Perika (3 times daily) I felt great for two weeks and was forgetting what my panic and depression felt like. Now, I woke up yesterday and it was back worse than ever before. I feel like I am jumping out of my skin with nerves and terribly depressed. Does this mean the SJW is no longer working? I was getting great results? Please help!!

Honeymooner;
I'd give it a little while longer,but you know your body better than anyone else. Sometimes the body as a whole needs a little more time adjusting.If you are taking any other over the counter drugs check with your Doctor or pharmasist for possible interactions. If the problems persist maybe you should cut down the dose for a while and slowly work your way up.Good luck and hope you get some relief soon.
