hello all
Just want to say I have found this site very usefull
I have just started taking SJW (5 days) and i can definitely feel a difference i am sleeping much better and life seems much calmer i am taking natures aid two 500mg tables each evening(0.3%)standardised i will try to keep you updated.
Ps I am a pharmacist at a teaching hospital in the UK so if anyone would like advise on meds i will try to help.
