I began taking Perika (3 times daily with meals) 3.5 weeks ago. It has completely changed my life, and made me normal again after a four month battle with very severe anxiety which led to a panic disorder-type depression. It my case, this condition was chemically induced by an allergic reaction to some medication in January that destroyed my serotonin level. However, since I began taking Perika, everything is coming back to normal. My thoughts are normal and non-invasive, I am looking forward to the future, and I haven't had a single panic attack in two weeks.

I was completely convinced that nothing could ever make me feel better again, but I was wrong. SJW works and it works wonderfully!

Good to know that its working. I have been also taking SJW. I started taking Safeway Select SJW 3 weeks ago. I felt great in the first week. After that effect wear off. So I changed the brand to PERIKA. I have started 2 days back only. Feel better now. Primarily I am taking it for social anxiety and shyness.

Will Perika reduce the SA and shyness?/ Thanks
