I have been taking Perika SJW now for 2.5 weeks to treat severe anxiety which led to moderate depression. Though I have moments where I feel extremely low, I am overall beginning to feel more even and not as bad as I felt. Should I hope that I will continue to improve?

I think you will definitely see more improvement if you continue to take it. For some people it takes up to three months to improve, like in my case, but you are lucky enough to see improvements so soon. I would advise you to continue taking the Perika.
