Hey Everyone,

Well I've been taking SJW for over a month now and I'm happy with the results.

I can't say how it deals with other problems but for depression it seems to be natures antidote.
After beginning taking SJW I was taking one tablet a day ( 900mcg of Hypericin per tablet ).I noticed a slight mood lifting effect and no side effects so I increased the level to 3 a day ( 2700mcg per day ).One in the morning,one in the afternoon,and one in the evening.

Well I'm getting on with my life,keeping interested,hopeful,feeling sexy ;-) and generally not having any major episodes of depression or the negative thoughts that come with it.

Side Effects? I haven't noticed any side effects at all and my sex drive has increased back to what I assume is normal for me after coming of catalopram and onto SJW.

So provided SJW helps me avoid depression I can now get on with doing the things in life that make me happy.

Hi ya

Thanks for your posting. It encourages me to stay on SJW for a little longer to see if it works. Glad you've noticed a change. Good for you!
