Hi,

I came off Paxil two months ago after being on it for 18 months, and have just started on SJW yesterday as things have got tougher recently. Nothing major has happened, although I do feel more confused and last night had the kind of panic attack I haven't had for a while - quite severe with all the usual symptoms.

This might just be down to my having a rough day, but most of what I've read suggests that it take several weeks before any effects are noticed, positive or otherwise. Can anyone tell me if SJW commonly causes symptoms to get worse before things get better, and can it have an effect within a day or two of taking it?

hI nIGEL p i DID FIND THAT WHEN i FIRST STARTED TAKING SJW i WAS A LOT MORE NERVOUS/ANXIOUS POSSIBLY FOR THE FIRST 4 DAYS BUT THEN IT DID SUBSIDE AND i WAS LEFT FEELING MORE CALMER STICK WITH IT IT WILL TAKE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF TIME WITH EACH INDIVIDUALS TO REAP DIFFERENT BENEFITS .
