I've had acne for many years, althroughout my teenage years, but recently it has came back pretty badly after a period of having fairly clear skin. I've finally figured that it must be the st john's wort causing the acne as I have read about other people on this forum experiencing similiar side effects. I wanna continue taking sjw because I think if u take it together with gotu kola u hav a great combination to fight depression and anxiety, and I hav seen some great results, however I wanna reduce the acne. Anyone in a similiar situation? I'm only taking 2 tablets a day of sjw now (I used to take four a day), which might reduce acne somewhat.. any suggestions?

I had the same problems, but I have been taking sjw now for about 3weeks straight and the piples have died down a bit. I think it takes your body a bit of time to adjust to sjw. I also wash my face using clearasil and that might be helping as well.
4 tablets would definately do it, I too thought more is more, but when it comes to sjw less is best, so work out what you need to take for it to be effective. for me it's 3 at night.
Just started taking Gotu Kola today, will let you know how it goes.
