I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been taking SJW for less than a week now and my whole world has changed!! For a little over a year I was sinking into this whole that was just getting blacker and blacker, bigger and bigger. I didn't have any appetite, was EXTREMELY irritable, had ZERO energy, I couldn't bring myself to do the simplest of tasks, and I couldn't sleep for ANYTHING, yet I was tired all the time. The situation was affecting my relationships within my family and my overall outlook on life. I began taking SJW because unfortunatly I do not have insurance and therefore could not afford a doctor's visit and an expensive, ongoing prescription. I did however need to find something that would provide me and my family with some releif from the pain and suffering. The first couple of days I was really tired and I thought....what use is this....fatigue was already a major symptom I was suffering from. But then, on about the third day, I woke up at a normal hour and actually felt refreshed and able to do things. I began catching up on some of the things that I had previously let build up and could care less about. All of a sudden my dirty laundry mountain....became a clean laundry mountain. My dishes are done. I'm scrubbing toilets again and playing with my younger daughters while my older one is at school. I get up when I should, have a full, productive day and go to bed feeling tired and spent....then wake up after nine hours of totally revitalizing sleep and go at it again!! I can't say enough good things about SJW right now. It has given me my life back again, restored a tired and downright GRUMPY mommy to her old, more patient and supportive self, has made my fiancee think I'm someone else. Who would have thought or could have imagined that in four days I could go from feeling as if I no longer wanted to exist, to thanking GOD in conjunction with the harvester's and producers of SJW??!! I feel like shouting from the roof tops. I absolutely couldn't be happier with SJW and it's results. After the inital fatigue, I am back in full swing and getting on with my life! Thank you to Kelly for this site and the information within, Thank you to the search engine that helped me come across it, Thank you to GOD for creating such wonderful natural resources and enriching my life with good and loving people and for my beautiful little girls!

I had a terrible appetite too! That too has increased...though now I guess I'll have to worry about weight gain! Oh well....Good luck with taking the proper dosage, I hope it works as well for you.

Great to hear it's working so well for you. Out of curiosity, what brand are you using?

The brand I'm using is called Daily Source. It calls for 300mgs 3 times a day but I take it all at once in the morning. I'm really glad I found it and as I said before....it's working wonderfully. I really can't beleive it began working so quickly. I was told that it would take about two weeks for a noticeable change and I was skeptical to begin with anyway. Patti

I'm so happy to hear you are feeling good again! SJW worked that fast for me too. It was wonderful! If you aren't already doing so, I would suggest you also include some B vitamins. Try to find a brand with about 50 mgs of each B vitamin per tablet. I used to think I was taking B's, but after I checked the bottle, I was only getting very small amounts, like one or two mgs. each, which really isn't enough.

I'll have to look into B vitamins, I'm not sure what they're for so I'll need to do some research and ask around. I'd appreciate any information you could provide too! Meanwhile, the excellent results continue....Yesterday I was able to clean my kid's room. This may not sound like much, but for those of you with kids you may be better able to understand. I have three very well taken care of....if not plain spoiled by Grandma little girls....They have everything under the sun. I was finally able to go through all the millions of toys and throw out the broken ones or ones with lost parts and otherwise no longer operable. I also prepared a pretty good mountain of toys that are being neglected and not played with to donate to charity. I even went through the clothes and took out the ones that don't fit or are tattered or torn and again....gave some to charity that just aren't in use anymore. If these B vitamins help to maintain the healthy disposition that I have gotten over the past 5 days, then I'm all for it!! Check me out....it was 6:30 am and my body said get the heck outta bed...and I did it...and I'm fully functional....I think I might even be becoming a morning person...something I have never been able to claim!!! Thanks for all of the helpful suggestions and well wishes from everyone, they are much needed and soooo very appreciated!! Good day! Patti

I'm new here and have high hopes for St Johns. My only concern is the anxitey issues I've read that people posted they have expereinced. Was it an issue you for you? Glad to see it works for you! Very encouraging :-)
